It has been shown that the use of biotechnology is possible only for five months. In the state of dynamic equilibrium of the filtration process, when the liquid level remains unchanged, for the first time the dependence of the liquid level in the storage on the value of the transpiration coefficient and plant density, taking into account the excess liquid between incoming and leaving the storage. Grounded minimum and maximum transpiration ratio of green plants, which provide drainage of waste coal storage, depending on the length of the coastline of storage, the volume of fluid in the storage, the volume of fluid coming from the atmospheric sediment, the volume of liquid entering with wastes of coal beneficiation, liquid losses in the process of evaporation under the action of the sun, the coefficient of surface tension, the effective radius of the pores, the density of the liquid in storage, the filtration coefficient of the soil.
