Registration Date 25-01-2021 Organization Sumy State University popup.description2  It is shown the enhance by ER of free radical lipid peroxidation, antioxidant system violation, increase of LТВ4, PGF2α, and ТХВ2 synthesis, decrease of ATP level and ratio ATP/ADP, and disorder of nicotinamide’s pool owing to oxidized forms. In toxicogenic phase, acute intoxication by ER components (120–140 mg/m3 ECH) is manifested by reliable increaseof spontaneous chemiluminescence intensity on 122–288%, diene conjugates – on 33–72%, malondialdehyde – on 44–100%, decrease of SH-group level on 28–37%. Activation of hepatic lipid peroxidationleads to increase of synthesis of LТВ4, PGF2a, and ТХВ2 on 83%, 46–63% і 147–256% correspondently (р<0,05) and significant decrease (in 6,7–8,3 times) of PGI2 level. Besides, a decrease of the following parameters is observed: ATP level in 1,3–1,9 times (Р<0,01–0,001), ATP/ADP-Pn – in 1,5–4,2 times (р<0,02–0,001), and NAD+NADP – in 1,3–1,5 times (р<0,001), that is likely outcomeof deceleration of respiration and oxidative phosphorylation.
