popup.description2
Based on the application of the method of ascent from the abstract to the concrete and the use of the criterion of unity of technical-technological, institutional and socio-economic forms of reproduction of the social product, the logical-historical methodology of complex research is substantiated. This methodology, in contrast to the formational and civilizational approaches, allows us to understand the development of economic systems as a process in which each subsequent stage includes the previous as its basis, so the historical process acts not as the destruction and replacement of one system to another, but combining heredity and a new form of development. This methodology orients economic theory and practice to evolutionary transformations, in which a complementary unity of continuity and innovation is achieved. The classification of economic systems is substantiated, it is based on the proposed methodology and includes natural-economic (communal-economic, slave-economic, rent-economic), industrial-market (industrial-competitive, industrial-planned, industrial-marketing), and information-network systems (information-analog, information-digital, neural network). It is proved that the main content of modern transformations is determined by the transition from industrial-market to information-network management system, which due to the interaction of fundamentally different patterns of functioning of these systems is contradictory and causes uncertainty and instability of socio-economic dynamics. The main content of transformations of basic institutions in the process of formation of information-network economy is transition from domination of private property to universal, hired labor to free, distribution by value and capital to equal distribution with basic and rent-premium incomes.
