Based on the results obtained, a structural diagram of a two-machine installation of a linear type was developed, adapted for the Karakul breed ewes. Ewes of the study group (n = 10) were given the probiotic feed additive "Bioferm" for 30 days. The probiotic was used orally at a dose of 1.5 ml / 10 kg of live weight. Ewes that were not fed the probiotic and were kept according to the generally accepted keeping technology during milking served as control. It was found that the use of the probiotic "Bioferm" for 30 days contributed to an increase in the average daily milk yield in ewes of the Ascanian Karakul breed by 27.1% (control - 166.0 ml, experience - 211.0 ml). For a more accurate calculation of nutrient synthesis, the chemical composition of milk was multiplied by the daily milk yield. So, at the end of the experiment, the synthesis of fat, protein, sugar in the control group was - 10.6 ± 1.50; 7.7 ± 0.98 and 9.60 ± 1.41 g / day, and in the experimental group - 14.3 ± 3.26; 10.0 ± 2.24 and 12.1 g / day, or 34.9%; 29.8; and 26.0% more. To determine the number of somatic cells in sheep milk, we used the "Kenotest system test" (Belgium). It was found that, in comparison with the control group, the somatic cells content in ewes that received "Bioferm" at the beginning of the experiment was 9.5% less, and at the end it was already 30.6% less, that is, the difference was - 21.1 %.
