The ability of 7 virus isolates isolated in previous years and unidentified to reproduce in chicken embryos was studied: 2 passages were performed. At the first passage in 3 isolates revealed abnormalities in the development of embryos, which were observed in the next passage. Serological tests were performed on 70 serum samples of waterfowl from 3 farms for the presence of antibodies and the intensity of immunity to viral enteritis of geese and viral hepatitis of ducks in the neutralization reaction. At vaccination of poultry against parvovirus enteritis in poultry farms found the intensity of immunity at 100%, the fluctuations of the average titers in all surveyed farms ranged from 8.47 ± 0.3 to 10.7 ± 0.18, the minimum and maximum titers - from 6.32 to 11.32 log2. The hypothesis on the influence of non-infectious immunosuppressive factors (T-2 toxicosis) on the formation of immunity against parvovirus enteritis of geese is presented and the Draft Guidelines for the diagnosis of immunosuppressive diseases of waterfowl are developed.  Product Description popup.authors Beletska Anna V Bondarenko Angela L.
