 Technological methods for the formation and use of families - educators in obtaining royal jelly were developed and tested, which significantly reduced labor costs and funds in the production of royal jelly. The analysis of influence of technology of reception of royal jelly on force of families, honey and wax productivity in the conditions of honey collection is carried out. Methodical recommendations on the process of obtaining royal jelly from the preparation of families to the selection of royal jelly with an emphasis on the results of two years of research and production tests.
