Obtained Patent of Ukraine UA 108514 U "Method of obtaining rice lines", which provides double haploids of rice by realizing the regenerative potential of microspores in anther culture in vitro. The haploproduction capacity in anther culture of twenty-five F2 and F3 rice genotypes were tested. 1057 plants regeneration were obtained by androgenesis in vitro and transferred to the Rice Institute. It is shown that the most sensitive to androgenesis in vitro is hybrid Sirio / Marshall (№ 245): the percentage of calus formation - 85.8 ± 0.9. Methodical recommendations "Obtaining double haploids of rice (Oryza spp.) by anther culture in vitro" were developed and published. 1057 green regenerating plants were transferred to the rice breeding department (NAAS Institute of Rice), from which about 360 lines (30-35% of regenerants) of doubled rice haploids were obtained. All regenerants were grown in artificial climatic conditions at the Rice Institute, and the obtained dihaploid lines were studied and involved in the selection process. Unique lines are registered as a sample of the gene pool of plants of Ukraine. Received a Patent of Ukraine for a utility model UA 108514 U "Method of obtaining rice lines". Rice lines created by the pollen culture method were transferred for registration at the National Center for Plant Genetic Resources of Ukraine: UIR-5742 (request №004781, № National Catalog 0700845 dated 27.07.2020), UIR-5741 (request №004782, № National Catalog 0700846 from 27.07.2020).
