Objective: to improve the quality of treatment of children and adolescents with type 1 DM by developing a comprehensive system of rehabilitation measures and improving the transfer of medical technologies at different stages of medical support for pediatric patients. Methods: general clinical, biochemical, enzyme multiplied immunoassay, instrumental methods, psychodiagnostic, questionnaires, information analytics. Results: the technology of staged rehabilitation providing for an integrated approach to medical support of children and adolescents with type 1 DM was developed; a continuous cycle of self-control training allows to improve the quality of self-control and improve diabetes compensation taking into account the emotional state of the child and the level of the disease compensation, preventing the formation of complications associated with type 1 DM. A comprehensive system for improving the transfer of medical technologies at different stages of medical follow-up of patients is proposed. Novelty: for the first time, the technology of complex staged rehabilitation of children and adolescents with type 1 DM on the basis of dynamic observation of children and adolescents with type 1 DM in hospital, polyclinic and sanatorium settings is substantiated, assessing the implementation of rehabilitation measures and identifying problematic issues at different stages of medical support of patients using differentiated treatment programs, psychological testing, self-control training programs, proposals to improve the process of introducing innovative products in institutions of different levels of medical care for pediatric patients are given.
