It has been experimentally proven that laser irradiation of vegetative mycelium in relatively small doses (51.1 mJ/cm2) causes a stimulating effect that persists for a long time. A highly efficient method of photogegulation of growth processes of Pleurotus ostreatus and Flammulina velutipes and intensification of technological stages of their cultivation with the help of LED lasers has been developed, which allows to increase biomass yield, shorten cultivation time and increase fruit yield in solid phase cultivation. The effect of seed irradiation with coherent monochromatic rays of red and blue light of LED lasers on the growth processes of medicinal plants Mentha piperita L., Echinacea purpurea L., Calendula olficinalis L. was investigated. The stimulating effect of blue light (405 nm) on growth indicators was established. The effect of laser irradiation with a wavelength of 405 nm on the synthesis of chlorophyll is shown.
