The purpose of the work is to study physical processes in heterophase plasma of different types with the aim of its further application for various technological needs. Research methods - method of optical emission / absorption spectroscopy, computer modeling by RIS / MCC method. The temperature of the plasma of the underwater discharge between the granules of metals - silver, copper, molybdenum and iron - was determined by optical spectroscopy. The model of the investigated plasma is developed on the basis of an estimation of possible channels of energy dissipation of the underwater electrospark discharge. The plasma parameters of multicomponent mixtures of arc discharges of atmospheric pressure between fusible electrodes are investigated. A model of plasma of multicomponent mixtures of arc discharges of atmospheric pressure between fusible electrodes is created. The influence of radio frequency discharge parameters on the distribution of nanoparticles by mass and charge is investigated. A set of mandatory physical plasma parameters and biological requirements has been developed to create samples of relevant instruments, including risk analysis taking into account other possible applications. Recommendations for plasma-catalytic gasification of liquid-phase chemical energy carriers and creation of hybrid plasma-catalytic systems for gasification of low-grade chemical energy carriers have been developed. The influence of corona discharge on the germination of spores of Aspergillus niger and the development of mycelium of higher fungi Cyathus olla and Calvatia candida was studied.
