Extinguishing PL dyes at high concentrations is a consequence of partial aggregation of their molecules. The obtained composites are promising as luminescent biomarkers. The correlation of polymer content in the solution for obtaining NS SnO2 films with their electronic parameters, mechanisms of their PL, adsorption sensitivity to water vapor, ethanol and isopropanol at room temperature is established and explained, which shows the prospects of using NS SnO2 layers to control moisture and alcohols. The correlation of changes of PL SnO2-sparse glass and concentration of solution for its formation in wells by the method developed in the work is revealed. The influence of acid or alkaline contaminants on the PL of SnO2 NP ensembles in the matrix of fine-silicate silicate glass with silica gel is explained by the different interaction of alkaline and acid ions with NP in the wells. Promising use of the created emergency situations for non-contact control of ammonia vapors. The close dependence of the investigated mechanical and optical properties and parameters obtained by the methods of MOCVD and ALD NS RuO2 / PSi on their structural parameters and defects, mechanical stresses and quantum-dimensional effect has been established. The combination of a large surface area of PSi and rapid separation of charge carriers at the RuO2 / PSi heterojunction is promising for their effective application in photocatalysis, optoelectronics. Methods for obtaining hybrid NS TiO2 and ZnO for use in optobiosensors have been established.
