N. Sokolovsky» popup.description2  The object of research - changes in the qualitative composition of soil organic matter in different soil-climatic zones of Ukraine under conditions of man-made pollution by heavy metals. The aim of the research is to develop a forecast of soil's saturation of available forms of microelements and to determine the direction of evolution of microelement regime of soils based on determining their distribution between different organic and mineral components of soils, as well as quantitative and temporal indicators of their mobilization or absorption. Research methods - field, laboratory-analytical, statistical-comparative. The research results - the distribution of trace elements and heavy metals between different fractions of humic acids and their ability to be released into the growth environment and the peculiarities of assimilation by plants were determined. The existence of a significant relationship between the content of fulvic acids in the organic matter of the arable layer of soils of Ukraine and the content of mobile forms of trace elements and heavy metals in the zonal aspect were proved. The obtained results made it possible to build mathematical models for forecasting the content of mobile forms of microelements and toxic metals in the arable layer of soils of different soil-climatic zones of Ukraine. The directions of evolution of the microelement status of soils of different soil-climatic zones of Ukraine during long-term agriculture were determined. The results could be used in further scientific research to predict the evolution of the microelement status of soils, as well as in the educational process in the preparation of graduate students in soil science and agrochemistry. Mathematical models of the forecast of Ukrainian soils' saturation with microelements will be transferred to SI "Derzhgruntokhorona" for forecasting of changes of soils' microelements' status depending on qualitative structure of their organic matter.
