The object of the study is public relations that arise in the process of attracting, using, monitoring / controlling international technical assistance in Ukraine. The purpose of the study: to conduct basic research on building an effective system for attracting, using and monitoring international technical assistance, in order to gain conceptually new knowledge on building such a system and addressing legal gaps in its functioning. The main tasks of the "Analytical stage" of the project: - study of the current state of the problem of assessing the effectiveness of international technical assistance in Ukraine; - analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine on the efficiency and integrity of the system of attraction, use and monitoring of international technical assistance in Ukraine; - analysis of research and development on the stabilization of the state economy through the prism of regulating the effective use of international technical assistance in Ukraine; - analysis of official data on the implementation of international technical assistance projects and their effectiveness in Ukraine since 1991; - analysis of foreign experience and provisions of regulations on the regulation of the involvement, use and monitoring / control of international technical assistance in leading countries. Based on the results of the scientific research obtained during the implementation of the 1st intermediate stage of the project, a scientific article was prepared and sent to the professional domestic legal publication of category B "Legal Horizons". The scientific article has been successfully reviewed, accepted for publication and will be published in the December issue of the journal № 25 (38) 2020.
