The objectives of the work is to develop calculation methods for predicting reliability and analysis of the structural strength of new and composite materials, as well as determination of the laws of the influence of degradation processes caused by fatigue, creep, corrosion and aging of such materials on the resource of elements of machine-building constructions in the conditions of operation under the proposed approaches. The subject of the work is the parameters of the stress-strain state of machine-building constructions, which is formed in operation under conditions of the action of elevated temperatures and mechanical loading, in particular for elements with operation defects, life-time and reliability according to the criteria of long-term durability. Estimated studies were conducted to assess the strength, reliability and life of specific objects of transport, energy and general engineering. The analysis of strength and reliability of machine-building structures with composites and the choice of their rational structure, which improves the technical performance and reliability of structures.
