Тhe tactics of application of extrasacular methods of endovascular treatment of AA of vessels of a brain depending on anatomic features of an aneurysm and a maternal artery are defined. Features of management of patients in the perioperative period depending on a method of treatment are defined. A method of microcatheter navigation during implantation of flow-controlled stents has been developed. Due to the use of extrasacular methods it was possible to achieve total exclusion in saccular aneurysms in 77.9% of patients, in fusiform - 64.7%.
