Clinical, cytological, cytochemical, immunophenotypic, cytogenetic, FISH, biological, statistical research methods were used.The frequency, features of clinical and hematological manifestations and course, morphocytochemical characterization, immunophenotypic features, tumor necrosis factor, transforming growth factor-beta 1of blast cells of 73 ALL patients were established in the work. Cytogenetic aberrations have been investigated and analyzed. Cytogenetic anomalies of various kinds were associated with ALL in 68,8 % of patients. The variant of ALL was confirmed according to the criteria and requirements of the WHO (2016) modified neoplasia classification of hematopoietic and lymphoid tissues. Risk groups were identified according to the marker aberrations: t(9;22)(q34;q11), BCR/ABL gene, t(4;11)(q21;q23), hypo- and hyperploidy. The prospects for the determination of cytokines to assess the course of the disease were established. The complex of the conducted researches provides determination of the variant of ALL, which allows to choose the optimal scheme and tactics of treatment and to predict the course of the disease. The results of the work were implemented in the hematology departments of the SI "Institute of Blood Pathology and Transfusion Medicine of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine", the 5th City Clinical Hospital of Lviv, the Volyn Regional Clinical Hospital.
