An analysis of literature sources on the use of vinasse as a potential energy raw material was performed. The basic thermal scheme of the multistage evaporating installation for beet vinasse was developed proceeding from minimization of expenses of thermal energy and use of secondary steam for needs of the enterprise. Input components: beet vinasse is fed into the installation at a rate of 45 t / h, with 12% dry matter, temperature 70 ° C; process steam is fed into the installation at a speed of 12 t / hour, with a temperature of 180 ° C. As a result, excess steam is returned to bioethanol production, condensates are used to dilute molasses, and concentrated vinasse with 60% dry matter are used as liquid fuel in boilers, as source for biogas production raw materials, as potassium-nitrogen organic fertilizer or for other purposes.
