The subject of research is extreme problems with a derivative and mathematical modeling of complex systems. The aim of the work is to develop and analyze mathematical models of the operation of a passive liquid auto-balancing device of rotors with variable imbalance located at an angle to the horizon, with the help of which it is possible to develop a method for determining the optimal parameters of a liquid auto-balancing device and software for implementing the method. Theoretical studies were carried out using methods of mathematical modeling, theory of extreme problems, analytical geometry. The result of the work is a new, consistent with experimental facts, methodology for determining the optimal parameters of a liquid auto-balancing device. The main idea of the technique is to solve a number of optimization problems: setting the value of the radius of the ABD chamber, as the maximum possible by the design of the machine, an application was developed for calculating the optimal ratio of geometric parameters, at which the maximum efficiency of the liquid ABD is achieved, and we determine the height of the chamber; using the algorithm for determining the optimal filling of the ABD chamber with a liquid of a given density, we determine the capacity, the capacity reserve of the ABD and the optimal selection of a viscous fluid for a system with given parameters, at which the minimum expansion of the equilibrium zone is achieved. The report provides the necessary material to confirm the relevance of the development, the principle of operation of the method for determining the optimal parameters of the liquid auto-balancing device with the illumination of scientific novelty and software for the implementation of the method.
