Purpose of work - the use of agent-oriented system to improve the security and quality of computer systems software to protect computer systems from malicious software, as well as to improve the quality of computer software. The result is a model of cyber-threats and malware, formalization of standards of the subject area of software engineering, as well as models of the subject area of "Software Engineering" (in terms of non-functional characteristics of software) based on ontologies. In addition, the result is a method of detecting the malware by analyzing network traffic and software behavior in the CS, as well as a method of detecting cyber threats and malware to ensure the survivability of computer systems in corporate networks based on self-adaptability, which, unlike other approaches, involvement of components of artificial intelligence. The proposed methods make it possible to detect an unknown malware with a high probability, which makes it possible to reduce the level of false positives and increase the efficiency and reliability of the malware detection in the CS. The developed agent-oriented system for improving the safety and quality of CS software has applied results of dual use - improving the safety of CS and software quality assurance.
