The aim of the work is to study the electrode processes during the deposition of coatings under conditions of periodic change of potential or current density and the processes of formation of thin dielectric oxide films and porous oxide films on the surface of Ti6Al4V alloy by electrochemical oxidation. Methods: cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, chronopotentiometry, programmable electrolysis, stripping voltammetry, X-ray fluorescence analysis, Vickers method for measuring microhardness. Theoretical bases of the approach to electrodeposition of nanostructured multilayer coatings with the set functional properties based on priority use of polyligand electrolytes in the conditions of periodic change of current density or potential for alternation in a covering of layers of various set phase structure are created. New methods of electrodeposition of multilayer coatings by single-bath method with alternating layers of Cu-Zn, Cu-Sn, Zn-Ni and Zn-Ni-Cu alloys (the latter alternates with layers including hydroxides) have been developed. The improvement of the properties of multilayer coatings in comparison with sublayers is proved. New data on the influence of the nature of the components, their quantitative ratios, electrical parameters of electrolysis on the dynamics of formation and structure of the formed oxide films of dielectric and porous types are obtained. Recommendations for electrodeposition of multilayer coatings [(Cu-Zn)base/(Cu-Zn)add]n, [(Cu-Sn)base/(Cu-Sn)add]n, [(Zn-Ni)base/[Zn-Ni)dod]n, [(Ni-Zn-Cu)/(Mi-Mi(OH)2)]n. Technological instructions for oxidation of titanium VT1-0 and titanium alloy VT6 (Ti6Al4V) have been developed.
