The subject of research - stems, technical means for processing hemp. The purpose of the work - Obtaining a wide range of fibrous products on the basis of developed technological methods of processing plants of bast crops. As a result of the project, energy-saving technologies for processing the stems of bast crops have been improved and introduced into production. Technological methods of production of products of different functional purpose from the plant of flax and industrial hemp were studied. The implementation of this project ensured the production of competitive fibrous products through the use of a comprehensive approach to processing, reducing the cost of products and improving their quality, reducing electricity consumption per ton of raw materials to 25-30% and metal content of equipment by 15-20%. Based on the work: 1. A literature review on the issue of obtaining the same type of fibrous mass according to different schemes of their production. 2. Constructive changes were made to the process of processing the stem mass and the influence of the actions of the working bodies of the processing unit on the yield of fibrous raw materials with low constriction was investigated. 3. The efficiency of processing of stems of bast cultures on the same type of fibrous mass depending on quantity and sequence of the used cars and technological operations on indicators of quality of the made fiber is investigated. 4.
