The subject of research - stems, technical means for processing hemp. Purpose - Substantiation of technology for processing industrial hemp for energy purposes and development of optimal schemes, design and technological solutions. The implementation of this project allowed to obtain a fuel product of a wide range of uses with low cost by simplified manufacturing technology. During the development, testing and implementation of the developed technologies, technological methods of obtaining fuel products were obtained: liquid gaseous and solid fuel from industrial hemp. Technological methods of obtaining fuel of a new level of use have been studied and on the basis of the conducted analysis the technologies of hemp processing for energy purposes have been substantiated. The implementation of this project has provided a comprehensive approach to the processing of industrial hemp, expanding the scope of this crop. On the basis of the carried-out work: processes of reception of a wide range of a fuel product from industrial hemp are worked out; the technologies of processing of hemp components into liquid and solid fuel are analyzed; the list of equipment for processing stalks into fuel is analyzed and substantiated; proposed a number of technological schemes for the processing of industrial hemp, which is pleasant for implementation in hemp farms.
