The object of research is to evaluate the fire resistance of cable penetrations. The subject of research - methods of testing cable penetrations for fire resistance and determining the scope of extended application of the results of these tests. Research methods - analytical research method (analysis of domestic and foreign regulations, guidelines and technical documents, brochures, manuals, reference books, test reports and other literature sources, Internet information) and experimental method for assessing the fire resistance of cable penetrations. During the work performed: - analysis of normative documents, literature and other sources of information regarding the existing methods of fire resistance assessment of penetrations of engineering communications of buildings (cable and busbar penetrations, water pipes, sewer pipes, etc.) through walls and ceilings; experimental researches of fire resistance of cable penetrations in the conditions of standard and real temperature modes. As a result of the works, drafts of two national standards of Ukraine were developed, which establish methods of testing the penetrations of engineering communications of buildings for fire resistance and determining the scope of extended application of the results of these tests. Implementation of the developed draft national standards is envisaged by their approval by the order of the National Standardization Body (SE "UkrNDNC"). Once approved, the national standards will be used by testing laboratories to verify the compliance of engineering communications with fire safety requirements, as well as by conformity assessment and state market surveillance authorities to take measures to prevent the sale of flammable products on the consumer market and construction sites Product Description popup.authors Bedratiuk Olha I.
