The object of research are the processes and systems for producing compression foam and its use for firefighting. The subject of the research is the influence of fire extinguishing compositions, technical parameters of compression foam production systems and methods of its production on fire extinguishing efficiency. The work is aimed at the introduction of foam-generating compressed air systems for firefighting in order to increase the efficiency of extinguishing classes A and B by reducing the cost of extinguishing agents and minimizing the damage that can be caused by their use in extinguishing fires. Based on the results of the work, a set of design documentation for the installation of compression foam fire extinguishing was developed, a prototype of the installation was made and proposals were made to potential manufacturers for its production. A mathematical model is proposed and experimentally tested the foaming process allows you to calculate performance foam depending on the design parameters of the installation and technological parameters of the process. The developed installation allows to regulate pressure in system and a ratio of quantity of air and liquid which influence operational characteristics of the received foam.
