Objects of research - technologies and technological equipment of systems of manufacturing of packing materials, preparation and realization of interactions of material, power and information streams in processes of packing of production and synthesis of machine systems. The purpose of the work is the analysis and synthesis of modern packaging systems with material support in the direction of natural cycles and the use of secondary energy resources. The research methods are based on the critical analysis of technologies of modern packaging systems and phenomenological generalization of the used research methods, process modeling and their mathematical formalizations. The influence of the shortcomings connected with synthesis and use of packing materials of various combinations and appointments which do not keep within 100% of full-fledged utilization in technical conditions and in the conditions of natural disintegration is defined. Prospects for the implementation of measures to combine the interests of manufacturers of materials, manufacturers and consumers. Modeling of technological schemes and processes at the levels of mathematical formalizations and proposals for their improvement, implementation, development of promising areas of further development. Based on the results of the research, 125 scientific articles were published, 38 patents of Ukraine for inventions and utility models were obtained, 3 specialized laboratories in mechatronics were created, 12 proposals for the creation of systems with closed energy circuits were developed.
