The aim is to increase the grain yield of spring barley in bioadaptive growing technology in the conditions of the Steppe of Ukraine on the basis of scientifically grounded selection of varieties, improvement of mineral nutrition and use of growth regulators. Methods – field, visual, hypothesis, synthesis, analysis, measurement and weight, mathematical statistics and economics. Bioadaptive growing technology of spring barley in the conditions of the Steppe of Ukraine ensured obtaining the grain yield at the level of 3,67–4,57 t/ha, profit – 7968–11245 UAH/ha and profitability of production – 84–107 %.
