Existing technologies of industrial waste processing of mining and metallurgical industry enterprises have been studied. Analytical and experimental researches of waste properties have been executed and constructive approaches to construction of highways from these wastes have been developed. Constructive principles of expanding the use of waste in road construction have been developed and recommendations on the feasibility of further research and application of results of Scientific research work have been provided.
