 The object of the study is the social relations that arise in the production and use of autonomous weapons systems with artificial intellect. The purpose of the work is to scientifically and theoretically substantiate the proposals aimed at streamlining the state control mechanism in the field of production and use of autonomous weapon systems with artificial intellect. The methodological basis of the study is a set of general scientific and special legal methods. In the course of research work, a draft Law of Ukraine "On amendments to Certain Legislative acts of Ukraine in the sphere production and application of autonomous weapons systems with artificial intellect"
