It has been established that horizontal vibration of parts during surfacing CW 80Kh20R3T reduces the size of boride dendrites by an order of magnitude, increases the amount of plastic boride phase (FeCr) 2B, increases microhardness to 900 HV, increases abrasive, shock and gas-abrasive wear resistance of the deposited layer by 2.5 times compared to a layer deposited without the use of vibration. Adding 1 wt% aluminum-magnesium alloy to the charge increases the abrasive, impact and gas-abrasive wear resistance of the deposited layer by 1.5 times. It is shown that an increase in the pressure of the air jet halves not only the total porosity of electric-arc coatings made of cored wires (by 4 times), but also the pore sizes in them by an order of magnitude; the cohesive strength of electric arc coatings sprayed with CW Kh18R3S2 and CW 70Kh18R3 almost doubles. To restore the rods of the rotator of the ARDEN grab by Sennebon, operated under abrasive wear conditions, it is proposed to use the process of electric arc spraying of coatings with PDKh18R3S2, PD70Kh18R3 using an air jet of 1.0 ... 1.2 MPa.
