Potato varieties of Ukrainian selection are test varieties for the causative agent of cancer - Poliska rozheva, Pirovska, Slovyanka, Legenda, Kalinovska, Malynska bela, Shchedryk, Dyvo, Chervona ruta, Bozhedar, Glazurna. At all stages of growing potato varieties (in vitro, in vivo) plants were tested for the presence of viral infection. When using chemotherapy, a linear relationship was found between the content of salicylic acid in the nutrient medium Murashige-Skuga and the level of reduction of the virus of twisting of potato leaves in potato plants. It is shown that salicylic acid at a concentration of 25 mg / l causes an increase in the level of resistance and a decrease in the virus infestation of potato plants. The efficiency of recovery during chemotherapy increased by 30% compared to the method of thermotherapy.
