In this case, in particular, the following were obtained: structural and functional principles of building a system of self-organization and group interaction of air platforms in the constellation (swarm), taking into account the M2M approaches; technical requirements for the equipment of nodes of over-the-horizon communication systems; mathematical models of bandwidth and noise immunity of channels of over-the-horizon communication systems, the architecture of which supports system multilevel, relay and mesh-structuring; the results of studies of specific patterns of tropospheric scattering on atmospheric inhomogeneities and on artificial formations in order to determine the limits of possible expansion of the operating frequency bands of radio channels and ways to combat diurnal inversions of the troposphere; ways and methods of attracting artificial passive interference in the troposphere for the directional reflection of the radio signal of the ground station in order to create a long-range retransmission radio line; approaches and methods to the implementation of cognitive radio procedures in horizon communication systems.
