 The peculiarities of the epidemic process of HIV infection and tuberculosis as socially dangerous diseases in the Black Sea region of Ukraine are analyzed on the basis of statistical reporting for the period from 2006 to 2018. The difficult situation in the country with HIV and tuberculosis can be remedied by a number of organizational measures aimed at improving existing, organization and implementation of new measures to the practical work of state and regional health care institutions in order to improve the epidemic situation of HIV infection in the country and in the Black Sea region. Prospects for further research are to identify general measures of state and regional health facilities aimed at improving the HIV epidemic situation in the country as a whole and in the Black Sea region in particular.
