The paper campares the diagnostic value of diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and 18F-fluorine deoxyglucose positron emission tomography for the diagnosis of stomach cancer, colan cancer and other malignant abdominal tumors. DWI and PET / CT got used to using multispiral computed tomography. Comparison of the two methods showed that DWI hasa higher sensitivity, but there is no difference in specificity. In general, DWI is better than 18-F-FDG PET / CT for preoperative diagnosis.
