Significant deviations of hemostatic potential in the direction of hypercoagulation in patients with obesity, prostate cancer and obliterative endarteritis (OEA) were revealed. Also deviation towards hypercoagulation is observed in patients with uterine neoplasms, despite the high risk of bleeding in the perioperative period. Drug correction aimed at reducing complications of thrombohemorrhagic complications proved to be effective, and the use of spinal and epidural anesthesia in patients with OEA and prostate cancer significantly (33.4%) reduced the risk of thrombotic complications.
