The subject of the study is the legal provision of financial security of Ukraine. The purpose of R & D is to deepen scientific knowledge based on the achievements of domestic jurisprudence, foreign experience, analysis of Ukrainian legislation, rule-making and law enforcement practices to develop an effective and efficient system of legal security of financial security of Ukraine, for which the following tasks: to reveal theoretical approaches to the definition of the legal category "financial security"; determine the mechanism for ensuring financial security; to characterize the principles of realization of financial security of the state; to find out the role of the institution of financial security in the process of forming national security; to disclose the system of subjects and their powers in the field of financial security of the state; to determine the legal forms of coordination of public and private interest in the process of ensuring the financial security of the state; to find out the role of information security in ensuring the financial security of the state; to reveal tax budget, currency, investment, debt, monetary security, the market of financial services as elements of financial security; to reveal topical issues of legal support of financial security in the conditions of globalization processes; to characterize legal measures to combat corruption as a threat to the level of financial security of Ukraine, to disclose foreign experience in the legal provision of financial security of the state; to consider directions of improvement of legal maintenance of financial safety of Ukraine. The research uses general scientific methods used at the empirical and theoretical levels of research.
