This is due to the need for constant monitoring of the state of medical care for patients, which consists in the organization of all diagnostic and treatment processes. The paper proposes the solution of problems of control of indicators in the diagnosis of the current condition of the patient, who is in the working space of medical equipment, in order to identify extreme situations, deterioration, etc. At present, such hardware solutions to maintain a normal state during the process of diagnosis and treatment are virtually non-existent in clinical practice. Therefore, the paper proposes to apply the principle of feedback to the main system of the central control unit and the unit for forming control commands for the process of diagnosing the patient's condition. This principle is designed to identify extreme situations in the process and make appropriate decisions on regime change. Thus, the basic principles of computer-integrated diagnostics of the state of biotechnical objects are proposed.
