The purpose of the work is to analyze the existing technologies for the production of porous permeable materials (PPM) and on the basis of their qualitative assessment to determine the most effective. By replacing traditional processing methods with energy-saving ones and using metalworking waste of forging and stamping production and natural saponite mineral as raw materials, to improve the technology of PPM production, ensuring its high efficiency, low cost and high physical and mechanical properties of the obtained products. The object of research - powder scale system of steel 18Х2Н4МА - natural mineral - saponite - Al2O3 powder. The subject of research is the technology of manufacturing porous ceramic materials from metalworking and saponite wastes on the basis of SHS processes. The work is aimed at solving the problems of resource conservation and increasing the productivity of production of porous permeable materials. The use of SHS process and the use as starting materials of mechanical engineering waste and natural minerals can reduce the cost of porous permeable materials (filters) by 1.5, 2 times compared to known analogues. Given the needs of the market in filters and filter systems, it is advisable to develop new, more efficient and energy-saving manufacturing technologies (PPM).
