The widespread use of antibiotic-resistant isolates of E. coli, which were resistant to amoxicillin, 63% - 88% to tetracycline, 46% - to chloramphenicol, 29% - 38% to kanamycin, 83% - 88% to erythromycin; 8% - 25% - to cefotaxime, 4% - 12% - to ceftiofur; 42% - 75% to gentamicin; 17% - 29% to ofloxacin, 17% - 38% to danofloxacin; 83% - 88% to rifampicin. Methodical recommendations on the use of antibiotics in veterinary medicine have been developed. Methodical recommendations for the detection of fragments of genes of bacteria of the family Enterobacteriaceae responsible for resistance to antibiotic substances have been developed.
