For the first time in Ukraine, 936 sera of wild boars from 201 districts (201/490 of the total; 41.0%) were studied and 41 positive samples were detected (41/936; 4.38%, CI: 3.16 - 5.89) with 29 districts (29/201 14.4% of the studied districts), which confirms the persistence of the anthrax pathogen. Also, the prevalence was observed in the period from July to November (11.76 -12.5% ??seroprevalence). A cluster analysis of the assessment of the density of SNP from anthrax (n = 8927) in the territory of Ukraine was carried out according to the data for the period 1913-2020, and the risks of possible outbreaks of anthrax, provided by the ZINB regression model, were established. Fisher's exact test showed statistical significance (p value <0.05) for the difference in the layers of Ukrainian regions at the district level. During the reporting period, scientists have prepared scientifically based approaches to risk assessment based on a systematic multivariate analysis. According to the model, 3.72 (95% CI low = 1.42 high = 10.32) times more seropositive areas for anthrax than seronegative areas fall into the zone of average risk (Fisher's exact test, statistical significance p <0.05) Based on the studies, new knowledge on the ecological niche was obtained. anthrax pathogen in Ukraine and created a statistically reliable model.
