The purpose of the work is to develop a concept for the development of the agro-industrial complex of the fishing industry of regional centers of Ukraine on the example of Dnieper reservoirs through effective use of fishery water bodies, improving the quality of fish products and bringing its volume to consumer demand. Research methods - fishery, ichthyological, hydrochemical, hydrobiological, statistical methods. The scientific report for the stage contains the results of comprehensive studies of the growth-promoting effect of biologically active substances on the growth and development of mollusks, crustaceans, shrimp and catfish. It is established that the effect of a solution of low molecular weight acidic peptides can increase the growth rate of aquatic invertebrates and fish by an average of 30%. Practical recommendations for optimizing the technology of growing ampullaria mollusks, giant freshwater shrimp and sturgeon species in order to obtain high quality valuable aquaculture products. The economic effect of the introduction of new methods of cultivation of aquatic organisms in the conditions of cultivation in ultrasound is presented. Practical recommendations include modern advanced technologies for organizing the process of growing mollusks ampullaria, freshwater shrimp and sturgeon in controlled conditions.
