The purpose of this work is to create highly efficient materials for optoelectronic devices, solid-state ionics and piezoelectric technology, as well as power engineering based on complex metal oxides and chalcogenides. Research methods were synthesis of single crystals, nanocomposites based on synthetic opals, glass, glass-ceramics and ceramics of complex oxide compounds of active dielectrics and metal chalcogenides, differential scanning calorimetry, differential thermal analysis, X-ray phase analysis, methods of dielectric, impedance, optical and radio spectroscopy. The optical and dielectric properties, phase states, the effect of intrinsic defects, impurities and heterovalent doping of single crystals of complex oxides Na0,5Bi0,5TiO3, Li2O-xGeO2, PbMoO4, Pb2MoO5, TeO2, and Li2O-xGeO2 glass have been investigated. Globular photonic crystals based on active dielectrics have been created. Compounds of diluted magnetic semiconductors (ZnO:Mn) have been synthesized, and their magnetic properties have been studied. Research work is a continuation of work on the creation of methods for obtaining crystals, glass, ceramics, nanocomposites to improve the efficiency of functional materials. The research results, the obtained samples of compounds can be used for the development of experimental samples of functional electronics devices.
