Purpose: to determine the laws and conditions for obtaining predetermined properties required for the use of new amorphous, polycrystalline metallic and dielectric materials, including nanosized, and microquasicrystalline alloys - in the creation of new world-class materials for functional electronics, modern materials science and micrometallurgy properties and ensuring their increased operational stability; development of modes and research of influence of kinetic-thermodynamic conditions of hardening from liquid and steam, degree of supercooling of melts and chemical composition on formation of the crushed morphology of structure and new quasicrystalline, metastable amorphous and microcrystalline phases with optimum physical properties, and also - establishment of physical intermediates based on dielectrics and metal alloys for solid-state film acousto-optics and physical materials science. Research methods: X-ray structural, microstructural and quantitative metallographic, microdiurometric, electron microscopy, differential thermal, magnetic measurements and surface electrical resistance, temperature-concentration regions of stratification; variational statistics and modeling using computer-aided design and research tools. For the first time, approaches have been found to obtain promising thin films with abnormally high positive mixing energy of components, high-temperature domes of stratification in the liquid state on the basis of transition metal-diamagnetic systems; obtained high-wear coatings.
