Purpose: to determine the nature and identification of sources of cosmic rays (CO) of ultrahigh energies; elucidation of the influence of background radiation and magnetic fields in galactic and extragalactic systems on the propagation of KP and multiton photons; search for limitations on the TE and TM models and possible effects of new physics in astrophysical and cosmological processes, elucidation of the structure of the "central machine" of nuclear power plants. Research methods: methods of theoretical physics and astrophysics, mathematical statistics and regression analysis, numerical modeling. The high-energy processes that accompany the formation of neutron stars and black holes of stellar masses have been studied. Modeling of the acceleration of cosmic rays during Hypernova flares, in their remnants and the fusion of neutron stars; fluxes and spectra of hadronic and lepton components of KP were calculated. Multiwave luminosities and star formation rates were determined by monochromatic and hybrid (composite) indicators of special sample galaxies; the integral characteristics of galaxies with extremely low oxygen content of interstellar gas have been studied. The analysis of ABS SBS 1353 + 564 AJN observations in the range from ultraviolet wavelengths to moderately hard X-rays was performed on the basis of data from the XMM-Newton and Swift missions. Einstein's formula for light deflection was tested on new observational material on galactic microlensing. It is shown that the differences between the values of the Hubble constant, in the early and late universe, can be eliminated by some improvement of the standard model ΛCDM.
