The purpose of the work is to ensure the reliable operation and durability of responsible energy and transport facilities by studying their operational reliability and resource; development of modern means of control and criteria for loss of serviceability of structures and their elements; creating a model of an upgraded laser meter. Research methods - refined methods of analytical and numerical-analytical solution of problems of mechanics taking into account nonlinear behavior of materials and complicated structure of objects; computational and laboratory experiments. Recommendations for controlling the movement of the structure with the liquid with a free surface depending on the degree of nonlinearity of the interaction of the tanks with the liquid are developed. The influence of previous stresses and the level of external pressure on the amplitude and temperature-frequency characteristics of oscillations and fatigue behavior of a cylindrical elastomeric shell has been studied in detail. An asymptotic analysis of wave processes in a medium with variable characteristics and small dispersion is performed. The two-dimensional Kattaneo-Mindlin problem for circular and noncircular cylinders is considered. A new scanning system for a laser Doppler vibrometer based on the principle of intracavity amplification of reflected laser radiation has been developed.
