Subject of research: pharmacological activity, pharmacodynamics of the nanocomplex during the development of inflammatory bowel diseases and colorectal cancer. The purpose of the work is to establish anti-inflammatory and antitumor efficacy, pharmacodynamics C60-MI-3OH for correction of inflammatory diseases of the colon and concomitant pathologies. Research methods: chemical synthesis, mathematical modeling histological, biochemical, hematological, cultural, statistical analysis. It has been shown that the C60-MI-3OH nanocomplex is able to form stable bonds with the ATP-binding site of EGFR and VEGFR growth factor receptors, which may be one of the mechanisms of its biological action. C60-MI-3-OH has anti-inflammatory properties against acute inflammation of the colon, anti-tumor properties against its DMG-induced cancer, is able to partially restore the impaired liver function under these conditions, but has a negative effect on the pancreas.
