Registration Date 01-02-2021 Organization Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv popup.description2  The object of research is hybrid carbon-inorganic materials based on carbon nanotubes and inorganic nanoparticles, with high dielectric or magnetic permeability. The aim of the project is to develop the physical basis for creating a new generation of GPCM with multicomponent fillers-nanocarbon / inorganic nanoparticles with controlled electrophysical characteristics for use in the microwave range of electromagnetic radiation based on correlation between production methods, structure and type of from carbon nanoparticles and determine their effect on the functional characteristics of hybrid carbon-inorganic materials. A comparative analysis of electrical, thermal and electrodynamic properties of hybrid composite materials with different types of hybrid filler: (i) nanocarbon + dielectric magnetic nanoparticles; (ii) nanocarbon + dielectric nanoparticles; (iii) nanocarbon + magnetic nanoparticles and regularities of synergetic effect manifestation are shown. GNP with 5% GNP and dielectric magnetic fillers (Fe3O4, BaM) have high absorption capacity in the frequency range 50-60 GHz at a thickness of 1 mm The value of the absorption bandwidth f at the level of - 10 dB (df) for them reaches abnormally high values (18-40 GHz) with the absorption efficiency of EMR min RL ≥20 dB.
