Processes of excitation energy conversion in complex optical centers of absorption and luminescence of oxide-based composites. Subject of study. Elucidation of the role of microstructure and chemical composition of hybrid glass-ceramic materials such as oxide, oxide-carbon and oxide-polymer composites in the formation of their optical and luminescent properties. The aim of the project is to solve a number of fundamental and applied problems in the direction of interaction of light with nanostructured wide-band hybrid composites and optimization of their optical properties by forming complex luminescent-active centers. Models of luminescence centers and excitation energy transfer processes in hybrid composites are constructed. The conditions for optimizing the characteristics of fluorescent light converters based on multiphase oxide ceramics, oxide-carbon and oxide-carbon polymer composites are clarified. The influence of the content of components and modifiers (oxides of vanadium, bismuth, lead and zinc) on the characteristics of vanadato-borate, alkali-borate and alkali-phosphate-molybdate glass and glass-ceramics based on them, where the crystalline component is micro / nanoparticles of lanthanum vanadates and lanthanum vanadates metals and bismuth doped with ions of rare and alkaline earth elements: Pr3 +, Sm3 +, Eu3 +, Er3 + and Ca2 +, Sr2 +, Ba2 +. It was found that in the process of manufacturing glass-ceramics oxide particles undergo partial melting and REE ions partially pass into the glass, which changes the properties of the material. The compositions of glass capable of their own broadband luminescence are determined. The optimal ratios between glass and crystalline components have been determined. The mechanisms that determine the optical properties of chromates and molybdates incorporated into the surface of carbon nanostructures have been elucidated.
