Kukhar Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry and Petrochemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 It have been studied the structure and properties of conductive biocompatible hybrid nanocomposites of polypyrrole (PPу) with halloysite clay nanotubes (НNT) and poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene doped with lauryl sulfate anions (PEDOT-LS) with nanoparticles of polystyrene (PS) and with nanoparticles of binary nanocomposites of PS with poly-N-isopropylacrylamide (PPAA). The study of changes of HNT/PPy nanocomposite components during sorption of model bioactive compounds showed that the sorption is accompanied by partial dedoping of PPy. Moreover, composites, which are obtained at lower concentrations of pyrrole, are more effective adsorbents of tryptophan and albumin. It is shown that the conductivity core-shell nanocomposites of PEDOT with PS and PPAA strongly depend on the nature of the core. Thus, in the field of saturation of the dependence of conductivity on the concentration, conductivity of PS/PEDOT-LS reaches the value of 3•10-5 S/cm, while for hybrid nanocomposites with the binary core PS-PPAA/PEDOT-LS it is three orders of magnitude higher.
