The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of UAV by optimizing time and financial costі for selection, training and information support of UAV crews and development of hardware and software complex of psychophysiological selection taking into account individual physiological features, psychological compatibility, and their information support while training and operation of the unmanned aviation complex (UAC). Means and methods of research - systems analysis, theory of ergative systems, mathematical modeling, methods of computer processing and signal transmission; equipment and software for psychophysiological testing. The equipment used was an integrated automated psycho-diagnostic complex IAPDC, a virtual reality system, a portable electroencephalograph, portable electromyographs, a mobile electrocardiograph, a flight simulator with a remote control, personal computers and related software. 1. Conducted engineering and psychological research led to formulation of the requirements for hardware and software and the principles of its design, aimed at creating intelligent decision support systems and individualized interfaces in the operator's workplaces for remotely controlled aviation ergative systems. 2. There were substantiated and developed a concept and the structural and functional organization of the human-machine interface for unmanned aviation complex. 3. The classification and methodology for design of psychophysiological systems for testing and diagnostics, as well as the methodology of creating intelligent ergative systems for the selection of UAC operators have been further developed. Scope of work results - use in military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Emergencies.
