The subject of the research is the regularities of formation of conditional dynamic pricing for electricity in microenergy systems with traditional and renewable sources and algorithms for their management. The purpose of the work is to develop information and hardware and create software and hardware for the implementation of energy efficient management of micropower systems of local facilities with traditional and renewable sources through the introduction of dynamic pricing of electricity. Research methods–system and structural-functional analysis for research of construction of microenergy grids; methods of decomposition and composition in the construction of a hierarchical description of models, the choice of system quality criteria and optimization principles; neural network modeling and regression analysis; experimental studies. The structural-functional analysis of construction of microenergy networks of local objects with development of the concept of synthesis of control systems is carried out. The concept of construction of control systems of combined power supply is developed. The structural classification of electricity consumers is carried out, the requirements to the functional properties of microenergy grids of local objects are formulated. Mathematical models for predicting natural generation are obtained. An algorithm for intelligent control of energy supply of local facilities at the stages of launching and decision-making to change the structural scheme of switching the technical equipment of the wind solar micropower system has been developed. The composition and functions of technical means of microenergy networks management of local facilities are determined.
